# Terms of Service **Last updated:** 3 April 2026 These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SkillAgenie platform at skillagenie.com (the "Service"), operated by SkillAgenie ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. ## 1. The Service SkillAgenie is an AI-powered pipeline builder that lets you create, run, and review multi-step workflows using AI agents. You select skills, describe your objective, and the Service executes the pipeline using third-party AI models. ## 2. Accounts You must create an account to run pipelines. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. One person or entity per account — shared accounts are not permitted. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. ## 3. Credits and billing The Service uses a credit system. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Credits are consumed when you run pipelines, based on the complexity and AI models used. Credit costs are estimated before each run and displayed in the pipeline builder. - **Free plan:** 50 credits included. No overage. Credits do not roll over. - **Paid plans:** Monthly credit allowance as described on our pricing page. Unused credits do not roll over. Overage is billed at the rate specified for your plan. - **Billing:** Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. All fees are in US Dollars and non-refundable except as required by law. - **Price changes:** We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Changes apply at the start of your next billing period. - **Cancellation:** You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds. ## 4. Acceptable use You agree not to use the Service to: - Generate illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or fraudulent content - Infringe intellectual property rights of others - Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or scrape the Service's underlying models, skills, or proprietary systems - Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service - Use automated tools to access the Service beyond the provided API - Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written permission - Upload malicious files, malware, or content designed to exploit the system - Generate spam, phishing content, or mass unsolicited communications - Attempt to bypass usage limits, credit restrictions, or authentication controls We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity. ## 5. Your content **You own your inputs and outputs.** You retain all rights to the objectives you describe, the files you upload, and the pipeline outputs generated for you. We do not claim ownership of your content. **Licence to us:** By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely to provide the Service — meaning sending it to AI models, storing it temporarily, and delivering outputs back to you. This licence ends when your content is deleted. **Your responsibility:** You are responsible for the content you submit and how you use the outputs. AI-generated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. You must review outputs before relying on them for any purpose. ## 6. AI model usage and disclaimers The Service uses third-party AI models (from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and others) to process your pipelines. You acknowledge that: - AI outputs are generated probabilistically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate - You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before use - We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or fitness for purpose of any AI output - AI model availability and capabilities may change without notice as providers update their systems - Your pipeline inputs are sent to third-party AI providers for processing, subject to their terms of service ## 7. Intellectual property The Service, including its design, code, skills catalogue, workflow engine, and brand assets, is owned by SkillAgenie and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the right to use the Service as described here. Community-contributed skills are subject to their respective licences as specified in their source repositories. ## 8. Availability and support We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect access. We will endeavour to provide notice of planned downtime. Support is provided as described in your plan tier — community support for free plans, email support for Starter, priority support for Pro, and dedicated support for Team plans. ## 9. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law: - The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. - We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. - Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. - We are not liable for any loss, damage, or harm caused by AI-generated outputs that you choose to use or distribute. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. ## 10. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights. ## 11. Termination Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account from the Settings page. We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sections 5, 6, 9, 10, and 13 survive termination. ## 12. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service at least 30 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. ## 13. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in the EU, you retain any mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of your country of residence. ## 14.
